New Weather-Control Installation in Nevada?

Casey sends along a video of probably-secret structures located in the Nevada desert which, using simple Internet tools, can be seen to exert an unspecified but extensive weather influence. The researcher says that he also sees large dishes of some kind on Google Earth. In a video made March 10, 2011, he calls it a HAARP assemblage. I don’t know whether it is myself, but I post it here to show that there are installations around that we know nothing about and to encourage research into exposing this kind of activity.
