The Difficulty of Commenting on Karma (2010)
Given that the Tenth Anniversary of 9/11 will soon be upon us, there will be the temptation again to refer to or comment on karma. That makes relevant this 2010 discussion of the difficulty that will face unascended beings who attempt to comment on karma.
I personally try to steer away from such a discussion because 3D vision cannot penetrate deeply enough to allow us to know all the variables that may be at play. Therefore our comments may be superficial, inaccurate, and harmful.
A reader has asked whether the victims of serial killers and the serial killers [SB: or 9/11 mass murderers] themselves choose these roles in their pre-birth agreements.
It would be simple to come up with an easy answer to that question but I’ve learned over the years that answering it raises issues that are more important than the answer itself might be.
Let me see if I can work my way up to an adequate statement of why I say that. Let me begin by offering a comment that the Master Hilarion made in the 19th Century about whether we mortals could ever understand the workings of the law of karma. This statement has always guided me on the subject:
“The operations of the actual laws of karma are not to be studied until the disciple has reached the point at which they no longer affect himself. The initiate has a right to demand the secrets of Nature and to know the rules which govern human life. He attains this right by having escaped himself from the limits of Nature and by having freed himself from the rules which govern human life. He has become a recognized portion of the divine element and is no longer affected by that which is temporary. He then obtains the knowledge of the laws which govern temporary conditions.
“Therefore, you who desire to understand the laws of karma, attempt first to free yourself from these laws; and this can only be done by fixing your attention on that which is unaffected by those laws.” (1)
SaLuSa says: “Life seems complicated but in reality it is quite simple, as you will always find yourself to be in the right place. It is much the same with the people that enter your life, as that is also by arrangement and agreement.” (2)
Life may appear simple to an ascended master, but the workings of the law of karma have always seemed to me to be the most complicated circumstances I can imagine. If I were to comment on karma, I would run a much greater chance of being wrong, I believe, than of being right.
That’s completely aside from the fact that I would not know what the answer was anyways because I have no special insight into the workings of karma, no ability to read the akashic records, and no knowledge of the soul’s life contract.
Added to the great chance of my being wrong is the tremendous heartache that the survivor might go through who, having lost one to, say, a serial killer, now must endure the suggestion that the dead friend or relative in fact signed up for the experience.
I would imagine that it would be crazy-making to hear that your baby signed up for the experience of being horribly maimed by depleted-uranium poisoning. I resolved long ago not to be the one to make such a suggestion, whether it may be true or not. To do so would be to risk re-traumatizing the already-traumatized.
In saying this I’m guided by Gandhi’s statement that ahimsa (harmlessness) comes before truth. It does for us mortals who have a tendency to be harmful at times. As long as I have the ability and the desire to harm, I put harmlessness before truth.
For me, it works that I study karma so that I conduct my own life wisely and prudently. I’m eager to know about my own karma. But it doesn’t work for me to comment on the karma of another and it’s something I don’t do – except in the case of, say, Nazi butcher Irma Grese who murdered and maimed countless people and is said to be headed for liquidation. (3) Apart from so obvious and reprehensible a situation, my contribution is to stay away from potentially-damaging statements.
Having said that, I am hard at work on the next instalment of the series on soul contracts and in it the galactic and spirit teachers comment on karma. I will reproduce their comments. I just won’t make them on my own authority.
I regard karma as a situation around which it’s necessary to operate with perhaps the most … what is the word? … delicacy of perhaps any subject I can think of without somehow lying down before evil or sacrificing the need to oppose it where I see it.
The question is a very good one and the answer to it, for me anyways, is not an easy one to formulate.

Dear Steve, what a wonderful answer. As I try to study karma, the ascension process, our galactic family and all your great articles on the right , I get stuck on this one question. Based on what i understand in your articles, we have been manipulated and lied to for eons. We have been taught false doctrines, truths and science. It has taken me a very long time and much searching to resonate with your website. Of course most of my family and friends think I’m lovable but a little crazy. Don’t the people of earth have the right to hear the truths, so we can choose whether or not to believe in karma or ascension. Why are the galactics working with government officials. Why are they not creating agreements with the people of earth. Sometimes I feel like the dark is keeping us in the dark and the light is too. Thanks though for your website. I know I truly appreciate all the time and effort you put into it.

You ask a few questions. Let me give you answers to each. The people of Earth have the right to hear the truth and the Galactic Federation and the spiritual hierarchy ask certain people to represent them and deliver these truths. SaLuSa and his colleagues (Ker-On, Atmos, Diane, etc.) are representatives of the Galactic Federation and do some of the work of informing us. Hatonn speaking through Suzy Ward and Wanderer of the Skies are examples of other galactics working for the GF who address us.
Matthew Ward is another person who has been asked by the spiritual hierarchy that’s in charge of our wellbeing to speak on their behalf. Matthew has people behind him of all dimensionalities who funnel answers through him. “Saul” speaking through John Smallman is another example. I believe we’ll find, when they’re ready to reveal it, that both Matthew and Saul (whom I believe to be the apostle “Paul”) are ascended masters.
Other ascended masters also serve this function – like Sanat Kumara, Sananda Kumara, Hilarion, St. Germaine, and so on. Archangels are also here giving us much valuable information on Ascension and related topics. Therefore there are large numbers of galactic and spirit sources providing us with truth at this moment.
The galactics are beings from the Fifth Dimension and much, much higher. They cannot do otherwise but obey the universal and natural laws, like karma, freewill, and attraction. Therefore they must be peaceful in their approaches to Earth. They must deal with officials elected by the people in the case of democracies. In the case of dictatorships, they may still deal with officials but not for the purposes of “cooperating” with them in their dark designs. In the case of democracies overshadowed by the cabal, they deal with the officials but oppose their dark designs. So just because the galactics deal with a government should not be seen as them cooperating with it necessarily.
The people of Earth express their wishes by way of the collective consciousness and the galactics do honor those wishes. But if the galactics opened up direct contact with people for the purpose of effecting change in government (and they have done this covertly with their Earth allies), they might endanger those people’s lives. They are mindful of not doing these or other things that may cause the dictators or shadow states to harm their own citizens or other people. That’s one reason why they won’t disclose their presence until the cabal agrees to lay down its arms, so that the cabal does not harm those who respond favorably to disclosure.
The galactics and spirit hierarchy have been educating us on karma and spirituality since forever. Jesus, Buddha, Lao Tzu all came to teach us about them. The entire Great White Brotherhood has been speaking through the Theosophists, Alice Bailey and numerous others for centuries educating us. So they have done continuous educational work on our behalf. Masters like St. Germaine, Kuthumi and Dhjwal Khul have taken human incarnations to found spiritual societies and lead us.
The galactics cannot force themselves upon us – that is, until a divine deadline has passed. A divine deadline is a deadline set by God after which point the dark’s freewill is suspended. Once the divine deadline is passed, the galactics can bring in Disclosure, First Contact, NESARA, Ascension, etc. They still may not choose to force issues if doing so threatens lives. But before the deadline they have to honor people’s free will including the free will of the dark. If they did not have to obey that divine order, they could just sweep the dark aside. But they are lawful beings.
