ABC Interview on the Expected Events of 2011-2012
This is my first attempt to introduce a Quick Time .mov file into WordPress so please bear with me.
What this is is the outtake or rough copy of an interview between Stephen Cook, host of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s The Space radio program, and myself on Oct. 19, 2011.

This raw material is 27 mins. long and will end up being 10 mins. long. It will be aired on Oct. 22 in North America and Oct. 23 in Australia and is designed to highlight Oct. 28, 2011, which the host Stephen Cook discusses as the “end of the Mayan Calendar” and asks about rumors that it is perhaps end of the world.
Given the predictable migration of listeners to the site on Saturday night, I plan to repost a number of articles introducing the 2012 Scenario to the site at that time. I believe Stephen estimated that listeners number close to a 1 million. (That number seems high but is I think what he said.)
I’m sure everyone knows that people who’ve been interviewed on subjects like these have been ridiculed in the past by reporters, but I sensed no hostility from Stephen. He didn’t interrupt me, reducing what I wanted to say to rubble. The experience was altogether enjoyable and restored much lost faith in the mainstream media. Stephen wrote and gave these instructions to listen to the final program:

… As I explained, we were due to go for around 10 minutes and we went for quite a bit longer… As you would expect, my producer said that he will need to edit what we did….

This is the first time I’ve given an interview of this sort. It’s designed for a mass audience and is being hosted by a mainstream medium. What I have tried to do here is introduce the subject of the galactic presence to a mass audience as well as NESARA and the notion of a shift to unitive consciousness.
There is a fashion among people who give interviews to somehow want to appear as if they are experts or people who know a great deal or people who understand the ins and outs of interviewing. As far as I’m concerned, I don’t know all that much about any of it. I will either end up being able to serve in this capacity or I won’t and I’m fine with either outcome.
If this interview serves a purpose, well and good. If it doesn’t, well and good.
I’m going to leave comments open and solicit your honest feedback. If it’s onions and brickbats, that’s fine. I’m OK bombing.

Just finished listening to your interview, I think you did a great job of explaining your views and introducing all the subjects that might not be known to the majority of people. Very difficult to do without being thought of as doolaly, so very well done. Personally I am amazed by how much some previously very sceptical people, are openning their hearts and minds. My goodness how things change!

I think it was all good; enough to whet the apetite of the masses who will be hearing stuff like this for the first time, so that they can do some research for themselves and build upon it. Please do more of such interviews.
I agree with you that a lot of people are not aware whatsoever of this coming of a new age, Ascension, etc. even here in the US and the developed world where information seems to be disseminated through several media. You can imagine the little or lack of knowledge the people living in less developed and 3rd world countries have about this subject. I suspect eventually some of us will go back to such places and help with fundamental galactic education, at the appropriate time!

I listened to the recording from the standpoint as if I have never heard this before, and it all sounds pretty incredible. It will be interesting to see the traffic that comes to your site, as well as the feedback the interviewer gets. You introduced tidbits of a lot of topics, that will most likely confuse the heretofore asleep public. If that is the case, then let that be the alarm clock they need to go find more information. As you said, you just can’t cover all of it in the small allotment of time and do it complete justice. They will most likely edit the many times you referred to “its on the internet”. I think what most people don’t realize is that the internet is more reliable than the television or the radio in terms of accurate news reporting. Maybe this will wake them up to the notion of controlled mainstream media….after it pisses them off!
One thing I would like cleared up is the bonafide true name of the acronym NESARA. I thought it was National Economic SECURITY and REFORMATION Act…not Stabilization/Recovery. Can you elaborate?
You asked the question: “Have you ever heard of the Hastings Panel?”…but you never finished this thought. I’ve never heard of it, so that is what I’m curious about.
All in all, considering the depth and magnificence of the topics at hand, you did a good job. Can’t wait for the follow-ups!

Well, the Hastings Panel consisted of military officers who had witnessed the shutting down of nuclear facilities by ETs. That was to be my real-life proof that the galactics had prevented us from using nuclear weapons. But in 10 minutes it would have been difficult to say much about it.
I plan to publish a swatch of introductory articles the day the interview comes out.

I just listened to the interview and here’s my 2¢ worth. I thought you did a fine job. We all know how difficult it is to talk to the sleeping populous about our galactic
brothers and sisters and the coming changes that are accuring on our planet and the universe but someone needs to right? That makes you a very brave soul. I get so tounge tied when I try to talk to the sleepers in my family and friends circle that I commend you Steve. Also, while listening, I got a sense that you were speaking for all of us and that you had our backs on this one. Thank you for putting “this” out there and may your voice and all voices of this “movement” be heard by the masses. There’s not a lot of time left.

Like Gregg I can not hear your responses to this. The interviewer is heard clearly. This is true for both IE and Firefox. It is probably a codec issue and if I can get it to work I will post my fix for others. Thanks!
Okay, if you are having issues hearing Steve but not the interviewer you have a few options. This is a .mov file designed for Quicktime. You can download quicktime itself at

The working alternative I used was Quicktime Alternative 3.2.2 – This is a free plug-in for I.E. and Firefox.

I have just tried both of Ben’s suggestions, and this recording will still not work for me.
It will only play the interviewers voice on my PC, and it will only play Steve’s voice on my laptop!
having spent 2 hours trying to make this work, with lots of software downloads, I have finally given up.
If it was mp3 then no problem, but no luck with this format

Terry it works the best with Quicktime & iTunes or Realplayer.
In Windows media player you won’t hear Steve’s voice at all and in VLC you will mainly hear Steve and barely the interviewer.
Maybe you need to restart your computer after installing these apps. Can’t remember if i had to. I’m using a PC netbook and it works perfectly for me on Those three apps.

Steve, not just “good” but excellent! I wanted to hear your voice since I only know you by printed words and your website picture, which is the main reason I had to listen right away. I was treated to a nice surprise. Good voice, too, btw.
You are “perfect” for interviews. So don’t worry that you don’t specialize or qualify as an “expert” (by what seems like your standards?) on any specific area. The fact that you are one of the more inclusive students of the “whole subject” of truth qualifies you to talk on all of it. That is what I mean about you being “perfect” for interviews. Really, I’m not just saying this to make you feel good. I hope you consider doing more interviews — THIS IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU NEED TO BE DOING NOW! Sorry for being bossy (with the caps) but I wanted to make sure you get the meaning here.
Your strong suit, going by what I’ve been reading now for a couple years, is your life-long studies of “the soul presence” that is not shrunken down to specific details but more holistic, on the order of rather than reduce the overall subject into neat little packages, (that you might sell to curious people), you’ve kept the whole subject whole, (duh!), which allows for a broader understanding of the (true) human soul and how we are it, it is us and so on, but your approach to all of this also accommodates the Et presence as a part of the Naturally Spiritually-Energetic Universe, which is a new concept of Spirituality (that it’s also physical) that our world is in need of (imo), which I think of as the blending of what is thought of as “Heaven” so it becomes real (a dimensional plane of existence) rather than remain a myth, like it was for me most of my life. I hope another interview comes along soon and you get an opportunity to discuss what you know about all of that. So don’t be reluctant to go there if the opportunity comes up. I’d rather listen to your understandings of all soul-related subjects than any other source. Again, REALLY! (well, Lisa Renee’s nuts and bolts approach to explaining how the Universe does things is hard to beat, tho you’re more-generalized/less-specific approach is right up there, too, even better in ways, imo) But the big thing now is NESARA and/or all the pending announcements so the “soul stuff” might be secondary or for longer interviews down the road, like an interview on the subject of Ascension that might be warming up in the wings…? I am confident you will be guided to such an interview (or it to you) if that is what is to-be.
BTW, your life-long studies likely do qualify you as a “TRUE expert” on many of the subjects you covered in this brief interview. Excellent choice of subjects, btw, considering you were doing the impossible — trying to deliver an effective overview of things in such a tiny space of time — YET YOUR MESSAGE WAS HEARD BECAUSE YOU DID THE IMPOSSIBLE in a very short time slot….VERY IMPRESSIVE! Back to you being a “real expert:” Bear in mind, the people who have been explaining “reality” to all of humanity for many centuries have been filling the historical records and the human mind with lies and all other possible forms of non truths. It stands to reason, then, that a different type of teacher is going to be needed to undo a fair portion of what was deliberately mis-taught to humanity as truth. That’s you, and you are REALLY GOOD at it!
For example, if I were to do what you just did, my rudeness or non-intentional but still insensitive manners would turn people off instantly. You are A NATURAL, Steve, somebody those who are still asleep or on the verge of waking up will listen to, REALLY!…your non-threatening, naturally respectful approach (and thorough knowledge base) is PERFECT.
I just listened to the interview and am very excited, which is different because I am the epitome of laid-back. I had to let you know HOW GREAT your interview was and that YOU NEED to keep doing it. I’m looking forward to the next one.
If I had any ideas on how to pitch for you — trying to get you “gigs” and so on — I’d do it. Sorry. But maybe some of you folks reading these comments might have connections…? I apologize for thinking of ways for you to spend your time, you know, like trying to run your life for you, (ick!…I really don’t like those types), it’s just that IMO you NEED to be doing interviews. So take some extra vitamins or whatever, give up sleeping and free time and DO IT! Seriously, tho, please think about it.
BTW, I agree with TBC’s comment above that you may have misrepresented NESARA. But then I also read (somewhere?) that several years ago the acronym may have been changed for a reason I forgot…? So you could be right and I could be wrong, but that’s not something that needs to be expanded on (lol).

Well, I hear you, Bob. In-person interviews are only something I’d do because the Boss requested it some time ago. Otherwise I’m more attracted to writing. Interviews require preparation days ahead of time, arrangements, getting enough sleep, etc. I’d rather just fire off an article, quite frankly.
But I’m sure every event, as I think SaLuSa said recently, for all of us is planned down to the last iota these days. In a way one doesn’t have to worry about what’s next. It can be left up to the Company of Light.

Ah, thanks, Steve. I’ve been so tense for the last month, pulling for the occupation movement while simultaneously straining against those in my life who condemn it. I feel better now. Your voice is calming. Your knowledge is abundant. I would have struggled with the jerkiness of the interviewer, jumping around as he did, but you did just fine with it. We need to get you on George Noory’s Coast to Coast AM show for a full hour at least and then on to the History Channel.
Your message is crucial to these times when there is so much concern about 2012 and the end of the world. I am inspired and relieved to hear you say that a new and better way of being is just around the corner. Thank you so much for all you do.

Sorry for overdoing it. As usual, I don’t know how to say things “short.” I was trying to keep my earlier (overdone) comment short and I forgot an important point I wanted to tell you.
When you were led to discuss Et’s — to actually come right out and announce the Et presence is real — the commitment you had to make by actually saying that Et’s are real out loud to many people — I could feel the hesitation you were processing. When you did come right and and say Et’s are for real and are here, I choked up, probably because of all the weird responses (rejections, actually) I’ve been getting from people when I try to talk about it with them realistically. What you did is PARAMOUNT! It is also ACTUAL DISCLOSURE — that is what you just did, for us and all of humanity…anyone can talk to the choir, which you do very well all the time, but you weren’t talking to the choir this time. Later the “official” folks (like Steven Greer et al) can tell the world all about it but you just greased the skids for them. This is how disclosure HAS TO HAPPEN from my view…mainstream will need to get a few bits of the truth from the brave ones at first then more will follow because the brave ones broke the ice. Thank you!

I must point out that it is a bit misleading when you are talking about the OWS, and how the NWO/Cabal that tried to take over the world is the 1%
I certainly agree that the protests are linked with reasons why people are upset – but I think it’s very misleading to link the 1% with the NWO . That’s 1 out of 100 people, the NWO agenda was more like the .0001% !!

Steve … Late reply, but only just got to listen to the interview. Fantastic job! It’s a difficult task giving an overview of the ‘whole picture’, but think you did it wonderfully given the short amount of time allotted.
This interview (mp3 version) is going on to CD. I have a few friends who are becoming aware of change, yet cannot put their finger on the what exactly, or any logical reasons. They have been hood winked by the main-stream media all their lives, so for the most part believe the current changes are for the worst. This interview is ideal for them, as it introduces new concepts that they are not aware of, and will help them understand the bigger picture, and the reasons for change, and I thank you for that.
Your approach shows integrity over ego – humble yet authoritative, and this is what makes your interview most appealing to me, and why I believe it will lift the veil for others who aren’t so aware of current truths.
Bless you for that Steve – You have provided me with a key, that I may use to unlock the minds of others from the years of sleep they’ve unknowingly endured. Something I’ve wanted to do for so long, yet have been unsure how to approach it.

I’ve just listened to your uncut interview for ABC Space Show. It’s a great show and you did a very good job. I’m a bit concerned what the edited version will do to the content … but hey, at least the message is getting out at last.
I’ve been thinking for a while that it would be good to collect together about 30 of the “best” articles/web pages for easy access by the “uninitiated”. It takes a very long time to tell the whole story and we don’t have that much left!
Articles like the DUMB explosions from Wilcock and Fulford, Disclosure, an explanation of HAARP with a link to Dutchsinse, prophesies, Law of One, Dolores Cannon, Illuminati, and that’s just to name a VERY few. It would be easy to compile a list by simply starting a blog and getting some input.
And it would be sooo helpful to so many latecomers.

I just listened to your interview and I thought you did a terrific job, unfortunately it should have been longer as the interviewer kept interrupting you and there is sooooo much to tell about all of this, I don’t know if he really understands just how involved this info goes. But you did touch on a lot of things and hopefully it will get people interested in checking things out for themselves.
I like the part about our star family and how you made it obvious that they were our friends and here to help.
I will pray for your safety until all has been exposed as we are not out of the water yet, but soon. We know that you disclosed some pretty hidden stuff that most are not aware of as you said in the interview. Until things change stay safe and be well.
